During these engagements, Starfish operate within the customer project to review all technical artefacts associated with the project including Project Plans, High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Test Plans and Migration Plans. Starfish then provide constructive feedback aimed at remediating design flaws, identifying migration risk, and optimising the solution.
The TDA service allows customers to reduce cost by keeping the heavy lifting internal, whilst having the piece of mind that their network solution is optimised and delivered with minimal risk, in line with industry standards.
